We are developing a portfolio of mobile-first products across categories including live space discovery, spending decisions, healthcare navigation, fashion/trend tracking, brand/company generation, and decision-support tools.
The Opportunity
Lumenfolk is looking for a founding partnerships and growth revenue builder to help turn our mobile app portfolio into a revenue-generating ecosystem.
This is not a traditional partnerships role. There is no mature partnership pipeline, prebuilt channel team, or fully optimized growth engine. This is a zero-to-one commercial role for someone who can identify high-value partners, create partnership offers, negotiate early deals, test revenue channels, and help build repeatable growth loops across multiple apps.
You will work directly with the founder to turn Lumenfolk's product portfolio into a partner-powered revenue engine.
What You'll Own
- Build the first partnerships strategy across Lumenfolk's mobile app portfolio.
- Identify and pursue strategic partners, sponsors, affiliates, communities, brands, local businesses, creators, agencies, and institutions.
- Create partnership packages that generate revenue, audience growth, distribution, or product validation.
- Develop early channel partnerships for mobile app adoption.
- Build partner outreach lists, pitch decks, email flows, CRM tracking, and follow-up systems.
- Test revenue models including sponsorships, affiliate revenue, paid placements, referral partnerships, co-marketing, B2B2C partnerships, and local/community partnerships.
- Help define which apps have the strongest commercial wedge.
- Turn founder-led relationship work into a repeatable partnerships engine.
- Work with product and marketing to translate partner feedback into growth opportunities.
First 12-Month Outcomes
- Build a prioritized partner pipeline across the mobile app portfolio.
- Secure the first revenue-generating partnerships.
- Validate 2–3 repeatable partnership models.
- Create standard partnership packages and pricing.
- Build the CRM and follow-up system for partnerships.
- Identify which mobile apps have the strongest near-term revenue potential.
- Generate early non-dilutive revenue through sponsorships, affiliates, pilots, or paid partner placements.
- Create the foundation for a future partnerships, growth, or revenue team.
Compensation
This is an early founding role structured for ownership-level upside.
For the first 6–12 months, compensation will be primarily equity- and performance-based. Salary is expected to begin once revenue or financing milestones are reached.
